Nogizaka46 published introduction video for a 5th generation member – Sakura Kawasaki

On April 1, 2022, Japanese idol group Nogizaka46 published the introduction video for another member of the 5th generation on the group’s official YouTube channel.

Introduction videos for 8 members of the 5th generation were published in the beginning of February. At that time it was announced that remaining members will be introduced later due to they are busy with study activities.

Auditions for the 5th generation were announced last summer. In total there were 87,852 applications. Out of them, 11 were selected to join Nogizaka46 as members.
